Louis V. Kosnett has practiced criminal defense in California since his admission to the State Bar in 2014. Based in Los Angeles, he represents individuals facing criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors, including DUI and drug possession, to serious felony offenses. His work includes preparing motions, negotiating with prosecutors, appearing in court, and pursuing outcomes such as dismissals and reduced sentences.

Louis earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, where he majored in political science and minored in history. He later earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, he received the Dean’s Merit Award, CALI Award, and Witkin Award and earned Dean’s List recognition.
